Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the specified passenger and trip.
Each ticket includes a 20kg baggage allowance. Excess baggage will incur additional fees.
Lost tickets are non-refundable.

Arrive at least 1 hour before departure. Boarding gates close 30 minutes before sailing time.

Please present a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking and boarding.
Discounted fares for students, senior citizens, and PWDs are only applicable upon presentation of valid proof of eligibility.

Passengers under 17 are not permitted to travel unaccompanied. Child fares apply to those aged 4 to 9, while infants (0–3 years) do not require a seat. A copy of the child’s ID is needed for fare validation.

Pregnant women may board under the condition that they provide a doctor’s certificate and sign a waiver if they are between 7 to 9 months pregnant. Additionally, boarding may be restricted during rough sea conditions.

Sick passengers are required to provide a medical certificate confirming their fitness for sea travel.

Pets are allowed in secure cages. Required documents include a valid rabies vaccination certificate and a travel permit from a designated quarantine office. For any additional requirements, it's recommended to reach out to the shipping company.
